Actually so mad at myself guys… I’ve been eating shit for the past few days and I feel just so gross. I went for a 10km walk tonight at a brisk pace but I still feel icky. Yesterday I ran. The day before I did not. Seriously? Ugh I just feel gross and I want to eat nothing but broccoli and kale and other delicious veggies :(
